Namibia – the land of endless horizons

Being one of the least densely populated countries in the world, Namibia is home to the oldest desert and highest sand dunes, the deepest canyon in Africa and one of the most breathtaking landscapes you can imagine.

German occupation left some street names, Windhoek’s Oktoberfest and “ordnung muss sein” legacy, so you might get an impression of being somewhere in the middle of Western Europe, not in Africa sometimes.

You can drive hours and hours without seeing a single soul but what you see, compensates everything. And that is a truly african, magical experience, where the word “freedom” has its own meaning.
